As some of our clients know, we have been looking for some years to find another appropriate office space in Loughborough to give us the foundations on which to expand the business further, in an environment that would inspire.
Ivy Lodge on Toothill Road, is not just your every day office but a Georgian house full of character and history and just what we were looking for. The property was originally a cottage in the grounds of Limehurst farm and became a lodge in the Victorian times, set in the conservation area of the Parish Church. Four years of careful planning and attention to detail have resulted in a modern office space that still retains its orginal character.
